Rachel Krentzman PT, E-RYT offers a unique style of physical therapy for most orthopedic and sports related injuries. Integrating her extensive training in Yoga and Yoga Therapeutics with Manual Therapy and evidence-based physical therapy practices, she tailors each session to each individual for a more comprehensive, holistic and personalized approach to healing. Sessions are one hour of hands on treatment focusing on bodywork, alignment and postural correction, yoga-based therapeutic exercises, lifestyle, nutrition, meditation and breathwork.
Rachel graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec in 1996 and has been teaching and practicing Yoga since 2002. She is dedicated to integrating Yoga into Rehabilitation and Medicine and works with UCSD Center for Integrative Medicine, teaching physicians and health care workers about the healing power of Yoga.
