  • Apply a coupon code or interact with promotional offers
  • 2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • Device and connection data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution

2.3 Information from Third Parties

If you sign in or interact with us through a social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), we may receive limited profile information you have made public on that platform.

4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (EU/UK VISITORS)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR / UK GDPR:

  • Performance of a contract — to process your course purchase and provide access to the content you bought
  • Consent — for newsletter sign-ups, optional cookies, and any other processing where we ask for your permission
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Website, prevent fraud, and respond to inquiries
  • Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements

You may withdraw consent at any time (e.g., by unsubscribing or adjusting cookie settings), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
